By renting our product you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms & Conditions
Payments & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer equal to 25% of the total rental amount is required to secure your wedding or event date. The retainer will be applied toward the total balance due.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Payments not received by the due date may result in loss of product availability, design selections, and event fulfillment at the discretion of Lavish Bloom Rentals.
Late balances approved for continuation may incur a 10% late fee, plus an additional 10% for every 7 days past due.
We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and checks.
Design Changes & Additions
Adjustments to your floral selections may be made prior to final payment. Large additions or reductions are accepted up until the balance due date, with a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal amount.
Additions requested within 30 days of the event are subject to product availability and must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing. While we strive to maintain the original floral style and color palette, exact flower varieties cannot always be guaranteed.
Faux Floral Disclaimer
Lavish Bloom Rentals specializes primarily in premium faux and real-touch floral designs created to closely resemble fresh florals in appearance and texture. Clients acknowledge that arrangements are composed primarily of high-quality artificial floral products.

Outdoor installations may be affected by weather conditions including rain, high winds, or unsafe temperatures. Lavish Bloom Rentals reserves the right to adjust, remove, or decline installation of items if weather conditions may damage products or create unsafe working conditions.
Rental items may not remain outdoors overnight.
Product Care & Damage
Clients assume responsibility for rental items during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges up to two times the rental value of the item.
Items not returned within the agreed rental period may incur replacement charges up to four times the rental value.
No one outside of the Lavish Bloom Rentals team may transport, move, alter, or disassemble rental items without prior written approval.

Lavish Bloom Rentals reserves the right to photograph floral designs and installations for use in portfolios, social media, website galleries, advertising, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event date may qualify for a partial refund excluding the non-refundable retainer, processing fees, consultation time, administrative costs, and any custom products or materials already ordered.
Within 90 days of the event date, all payments made are non-refundable.
In the event of severe emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, Lavish Bloom Rentals may, at its discretion, transfer payments to a future available date.
Limitation of Liability
Lavish Bloom Rentals’ liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client, excluding the non-refundable retainer and any actual costs incurred.
