Payments

We offer several payment options: The deposit/Retainer payment is due up front and balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to event date. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and SHOPPAY.

A non-refundable deposit retainer of at least 25% of the total rental must be submitted with all initial orders to secure your date. The retainer will be deducted from the total price of the wedding/event.

Balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not made, flowers and décor will not be ordered, initial design selections aren’t guaranteed, and this contract can be closed at the determination of Lavish Blooms. If Lavish Blooms determines the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and you wish to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for every 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you.

Additions made less than 30 days prior to the wedding/event, will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event and must be paid within 24 hours. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available, and pricing will be determined according to what is available. Color and style will be matched as closely as possible.

Disclaimer

By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, most of them are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after or referred to. 

Substitutions

Lavish Blooms Wedding & Event Rentals reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or décor received are not of the quality suitable to wedding/event. The integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Lavish Blooms will inform you if a dyed flower is being used and will not be held liable for staining any garments due to their usage.

Terms

At the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice. Large additions and subtractions are accepted up until the balance is paid in full. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Any liability on the part of Lavish Blooms is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.

Due to fluctuating fresh lower prices, price increases may occur and will be passed onto the customer if their rental includes fresh flowers. The customer will be notified as soon as Lavish Blooms is made aware of these increases. Lavish Blooms will send the customer an invoice for the additional cost, to be paid within 30 days of the event. 

Price is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else, an additional moving and setup fee will be required. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. They may have to be dissembled, which may require our movers and/or florist to remove the florals, dissemble the item, transport it to the new location, then reassemble, and re-apply the florals. We require our own team to move any items. This is due to insurance limitations, which will not cover anyone outside of our team handling our items.

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 10:00 PM, and delivery within 30 miles of our warehouse.  Pickups past 10pm will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 30 miles is typically a $2.00 (two dollars) a mile but will be determined based off of location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based off these two factors. 

Any pick ups past 10PM are subject to a late-night pick up fee listed below.

Product Handling

No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the altars, arches, or backdrops of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside, we will come get the arch early.  No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.

Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned. 

All décor must be communicated to Lavish Blooms to preserve the consistency of wedding/event. Any décor for the wedding/event not provided by Lavish Blooms is not guaranteed by Lavish Blooms even in cases where Lavish Blooms items are integrated. In such cases, any alterations deemed necessary will be made to preserve consistency and Lavish Blooms will be blameless.

Venue and Location Limitations

Lavish Blooms Wedding & Event Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Lavish Blooms will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Lavish Blooms.

Cancellations

We require a 90 day cancellation notice, otherwise your retainer cannot be partially refunded. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date. 

Retainers will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, and may include the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent online. 

Lavish Blooms Wedding & Event Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Lavish Bloom Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Lavish Blooms will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Lavish Bloom Rentals informs you.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Georgetown, Texas before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
