1. Rent A Signature Collection:

Use our Easy to Book system on the website, or reach out to us! We are happy to have a consulation over the phone or in person to discuss your floral options!

Choose your special day from the calendar and then click “Add to Cart.” Your Arch rental is the deposit. From there we will communicate and create a package tailored to your needs.

That’s it! Choose your payment option, review terms & conditions and checkout. You are one step closer to your dream wedding! A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to lock in the beautiful florals you’ve selected for your event. How It Works

Step 1: Consultation & Reserve your Date

Let’s chat about your wedding vision, colors, and overall vibe! Once you’re ready, a deposit secures your date and rental collection, locking in your florals and setup crew. Every order includes delivery, setup, and pickup (first 30 miles from our Georgetown studio are free!). Simple, seamless, and stress-free.

If you have chosen a Signature collection, you are done! Choose your Add-ons and options and sign a contract and Lavish does the rest!

Step 2: Design & Inspire!

If you chose a Lavish custom package, this is where our work begins! Add Lavish Blooms to your Pinterest board or share 10+ inspiration photos that capture your dream look. From there, I’ll take creative lead—designing your custom floral story with full artistic freedom to make everything cohesive, elevated, and uniquely you.

Step 3: Lavish Works our Magic

This is where your floral vision comes to life! A floral mockup is created to confirm your color palette and style before the full build begins. From there, Lavish Blooms designs and crafts your arch, aisle pieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and table décor—all perfectly cohesive and customized for your day. Every element is thoughtfully planned to flow together seamlessly, down to the smallest bloom.

Step 4: Setup, Style & Execution

On wedding day, the Lavish team arrives prepared and organized, with a detailed pack list and timeline in hand. We handle setup, styling, and finishing touches—those signature details that make your florals unforgettable.

We coordinate directly with your planner or venue team to ensure perfect timing for setup, bouquet delivery, room flips, and end-of-night breakdown. From start to finish, we go above and beyond expectations so your florals are flawless and your experience is effortless.

Delivery

Locations further than 30 miles are charged at $2 per additional mile not to exceed 75 miles. Deliveries between 30-75 miles that require additional personnel will incur an additional fee. Please contact us for a free quote or additional information.

Setup

Each delivery includes free setup in one location. We are happy to quote additional moves and setup for your event. Please make sure to check with your venue to make sure our rentals will fit.

Pickup

Our standard pickup time is 10p. You just keep dancing…we move like ninjas. Do you require a later pickup? No worries, there’s an additional fee but we want to accommodate your needs.

Payment

We’ve made making payments easy! Choose from PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Credit or Debit Cards to make your payments.

The initial payment includes a 25% non-refundable deposit that holds your date and then the full rental balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
