How do payments work?

Through our website, we accept Venmo, credit card payments or SHOPPAY.
*Deposits/retainers are due at the time of booking. Remaining balances are due in full 30 days prior to your event.

How far will you deliver?

We will deliver for free within 30 miles of our warehouse in Georgetown, Texas,
with a pick up time of no later than 10:00PM.
*Pick up times after 10:00PM can be scheduled for an additional fee.

What are the fees for pick ups after 10PM?

Past 10:00PM (+$100)
Past 10:30PM (+$150)
Past 11:00PM (+$200)
Past 11:30PM (+$250)
Past 12:00AM (+$300)
We will work with your venue for next day pick ups to avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on if the venue will allow us, if the arch is needed the next morning and if there are no scheduling conflicts. 

What if my venue is more than 30 miles away from your warehouse?

If your venue is located more than 30 miles from our warehouse in Georgetown, Texas, we will deliver to your location for an extra $2 per mile (not to exceed 75 miles).

What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?

This means that our movers and/or florist will set this item up one time, at one location.
*Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. 

Can I see the pieces in person before reserving them for my event?

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to view our displays in person prior to rental. We strive to provide clear and precise photos and videos, so you are able to see what the product looks like before you rent. For additional photos and videos, check us out on Instagram at @Lavishbloomrentals.

Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented?

At this time, we do not offer custom floral installations; however, we are in the process of providing additional arrangements to choose from.
We can customize pieces by adding colored flowers to the arches but cannot remove any flowers from the displays provided.

There is an arrangement that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it. Can you get this for me?

We would love to know what you are looking for and may be able to provide the arrangement as a rental soon, as we are in the process of expanding our inventory. Feel free to email us the details and we will let you know if this is possible!

I'm having trouble checking out. Why is the checkout button not working?

First, check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, you will need to open the website in a different browser such as Google Chrome or Safari, as Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host, Shopify.
